How to make custom *.comment files?

Well, no explanation needed I guess. Wish to add some comments to my creations too, but, noticed it isn't a simple sound file but a *.comment file, so, how does it work?

(Tried searching if there is a topic about it already, but, no luck, unless I missed something.)

Open a .comment file in notepad. That should be all you need to figure it out, it's very simple.
