Research Room... Box on a chain glitch.. Spoilers I guess.

I'm assuming I'm supposed to use the box on the chain to squash the infected, but... the box is flying all over the place at like 200 km/h into walls, ceilings, etc, and the controls for the chain don't do anything.. I'm not sure what this would be caused by, and I've tried reloading several times with no change.

You will have to replay the game from before you entered the level the first time, it is some weird loading error with the physics thing that causes it and as it is rare for it to occur near impossible to track down the cause.
