Very scary :S

I liked it!

Just some minor criticism, I could see multiple walls that overlapped and made some flickering textures.

Also, I loved the atmosphere in the cellar room, with the orange dust/fog. It was very cool Big Grin

I just ask that you make tinderboxes and lightable lamps around there because I was running around losing sanity constantly because it was too dark.

This map was indeed scary, especially when

the helmet fell on the glas screen.

Only one thing was illogical, like

Don't include the *.cache and *.nodes files, that will reduce the size of your file by a lot. Tongue
You got nice scary effects, but I found one thing that you forgot:
After you enter the large room with the huge wine barrels and that monster appears (which is a hallu), you forget to reset the player's view to the original position (in fact, it's a bit in front of the usual one now, just take a look).
