Game crashes everytime after startup

Everytime I start up amnesia it shows the logos for frictional games and everything then immediately crashes to desktop. I have the latest drivers and have tried several suggestions found on the forum to no avail. Here is my hpl file.

You installation is corrupt, where did you get the game from?

I think you need to uninstall and then install again.
