Stuck! Can't move!

Heya all, I'm a little way through the game, and an enemy was near so I ran down the side of a bookcase near the side of a wall, and now I can't get out, I've tried jumping and sprinting and everything it's just completely stuck. Is there some sort of unstuck command? Or like do I have to start the entire game again?

You will have to load a previous save, if you closed and saved your progres (so that you are stuck behind shelf when choosing continue) you can select another older save from the load saved game option in the main menu,

Ok I loaded a previous save. The top 4 saves on the list were all when I was stuck because I entered and exited so much, but it's all good. Thanks Jens.
