[Bug] I'm stuck (literally) and can't move

I'm in the sewers (after the cistern/pipe puzzle). I finished the puzzle that required me to downgear the mechanism and stuck the pipe in the rotating thing. I threw the bait to distract the monster, and ended up being chased down the corridor. I jumped and tried to climb quickly, however I ended up getting hit and fell, landing BEHIND the ladder. On the other side of the ladder is the monster, but he cannot hit me. I cannot move from behind the ladder. A section of wall is missing, so it seems like I got glitched to be inside the wall.

Is their a way to commit suicide or force myself to move?

Try to load an earlier save. By the time, you should have 20 save in your slots.
