This is where I went but while I am in the website that has higher version graphic card, I don't have specific directions of what to do in the website (web for ATI) since I was just all over the place and I am lost. Is it ok if you can tell me specific directions please? If you need any information from me, ask me and I'll answer. Thank you.

Go to the AMD/ATI link that is in the Troubleshooting guide (or here), then download the autodetection utility. Look for this thing (this is just a picture, go to the website).

Once that has downloaded, run it, follow the instructions which it gives you. It will automatically update your drivers to the latest version available for your system.
