I am trying to find the choir for the last orb piece but can't find. Any help please? Thanks!

I think you mean a specific room in the choir if you only need one more (there are six in total). If you look up, you might notice something you can follow to other chambers:

I always thought there is just 3 rooms in Choir East (where orbs is).

There are only three in the Choir. There are six in total which you need to collect.
