Need empty vessel for fluids

Hi,
I happen to have upgraded my game to version 1.0.1 while playing and continued with my old savegame. I know there is the warning that this might have side effects, and it had: I managed to mix the acid fluid but was not able to use it, because the path was already clear for me.
At first this was acceptable for me, but now I found out that I need the EMPTY pot for the fluids. The full pot does not work Sad

Is someone able to tell my, how I can modify my savegame to change the full pot to an empty one?

Never mind. Curiosity won over the reluctance of visiting the cellar archives again.
I played again from the beginning and now everything is okay.

I noticed a slightly different painting in the room behind the animals. No idea what triggered that.
