TAU level Skins not loading??

I'm currently playing the deep abysmal underwater level with Tau and almost none of the textures are loading? Haven't had this problem once - updated my graphics card, the game, steam everything and still this problem persists. Any ideas?

Gtx 980
AMD fx-8350

Try running an integrity check in Steam.

Right click SOMA > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache

This should repair any missing or damaged files. If that doesn't fix it you can try loading a save file from right before Tau and re-entering it.
