Any solutions?

Problem: Game doesn't open sometimes and then if I get it to run will randomly crash. Are there any updates/patches/fixes that Steam doesn't offer.

What I've Tried: I've validated the files..first time there were 4 files that had to be replaced..I've updated drivers..and I believe I've installed all other necessary files to run any game for that matter. I've also tried compatibility runs using admin privileges with both Win8 & Win7. I've never had a problem with a game this badly before...I may try re-installing the entire game or get a refund.

My Specs::
OS - Win10 64bit
Processor - 2.9ghz AMD Phenom™ II X4 840T Processor
Ram - 16gb DDR3 Dual Chan
Card - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 550Ti
DirectX - 12.0
