Stuck in between two book shelves. (Early Game Spoiler)

Well let me say this first. This game is the best horror game ever. No exceptions. Now on to the problem. I had just defeated (ran away from the water monster) retrieved a part for the elevator and when I made my way back into the room where chairs boxes and other crap or all over the place. I jumped on top of a chair glitched and super launched me up into the air and I landed in between two book shelves, the area I am in is not accessible by normal means. So I am stuck there. Here comes the best part. I was so mad from trying to get unstuck I decided to just quit the game and play from where I last saved. I clicked Save and Exit. So now I am stuck....unless I restart the whole game...Help please?

There is a load game menu that contains something like your last twenty saves.
