I'm new to your games. I just finished Amnesia the dark descent with my girlfriend (despite it being an SP game, she really enjoyed sitting next to me and experiencing the game together).

the look of the game was great, i really loved the audio, visual, and pretty much everything about it.

recently (through reddit) i stumbled upon Zdzislaw Beksinski's artwork on this website: http://goo.gl/F2vHX

I'm sure you guy's are probably familiar with his stuff already. I just thought it would be very cool to see a game heavily influenced off this guy's artwork style (visually anyway). I feel like it fits with your aesthetics very well already. (perhaps you've already used him as an influence).

Thanks for the link, really liked the pictures. At least the Grunt's design looks like it could have been inspired by Beksinski's style.

Not really. Well, it was, but it was not all about the death and all that. In fact, death never even came up until the very end. Even then it was about Daniel and his relationship with himself and reality, more than the deaths he caused; they were only a physical representation of Alexander's evil and his ability to manipulate.
