Any sales coming up any time soon?

I was sad to see that I missed the halloween special to get the game at half price. The game looks sweet, but I'll confess that I'm not ready to spend 20 bucks on it. On the flip side, I refuse to pirate it. Anyone know of any more special pricing coming down the pipes?

Dunno, but you can bet steam will have it on sale again eventually.

Anyway we can convince you it's worth the $20 without us actually buying it for you? Tongue

Yea' I'd pay 60 bucks for this game, hell I might consider buying it for like 80. It's seriously great....words cannot describe the fantastic perfection of this game. Most likely there will be a Christmas sale if you HAVE to be a cheap bastard! Tongue

Yeah, I want it BAD....I'll probably just pony up the 20 bones and get it. The demo, for all 25 minutes that it lasted, made me almost poo myself, and I've been looking for a game that terrifies. Out of curiosity, how does the Penumbra Collection compare to Amnesia? Does it measure up in scares and fun? Will it fill me with dread the same way Amnesia has?

I prefer penumbra to amnesia, honestly. Penumbra is way freaking scarier, while Amnesia is a better overall experience

Yeah, this game is permanently on sale. If you really want to pay a dollar per hour of gameplay, like I usually do, then I guess you should wait it to go on sale for 10-15, but really, it's worth it.

In my honest opinion, their basically giving the game away for free. I never expected such quality work from a cheap game. Frictional really went out of their way to provide a high-quality game with a nice price tag. I wish they would make it $50 - they really deserve the sales.
