Not working on MacBook Pro Catalina

I have just downloaded the game for a new MacBook Pro. I use a Catalina OS.

Could you tell me how can I fix it?

You can't. Catalina does not support 32-bit programs, and as such the game requires an update before it will work. I've heard that the update is to be developed in December.

Where did you buy it? I think both Mac App Store and Steam have refund policies.
