Hi, I'm running on the new dell xps model intel i5 8gig sdram and geforce 435m. When i run i get black box error of EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll at 0023:05eb3dc2 and i haven't been able to get anywhere any help will be awesome, i really want to play your game. Thanks

Please post the hpl.log file from My Documents/Amnesia/

But I think that what happens is that the game is using the integrated graphics from Intel instead of the geforce 435m. So what you need to do is to make sure that the GeForce card really is used, if you can for example force the use of it through settings.

As I suspected, it tries to use the Intel graphics instead of the GeForce, so you will have to look into how to force the use of the GF, or perhaps disable the Intel.
