Game Crashes near certain areas of water?

This was the error I got after being in the sewers. For some reason, the game keeps crashing when I get near certain areas involving water. Not sure what it could be. It didn't just happen in the sewers, but the area where I had to lower the water for the sewers too.

This was noted in the bug reporter box:

Essentially, I'd enter the Sewers, pass the turning wheel going either left or right, (doesn't matter which direction) and roughly 5-8 meters or so in either direction the game will suddenly freeze and crash, and display the error listed below:
