There may be a sequel, we dont know if the next release will be a full-blown sequel or DLC, but since it's using HPL3 doesnt that pretty much mean it is a sequel? The "Amnesia" on the original blurry image is a pretty obvious clue, and HPL3 on the console page is another pretty obvious one.

The Dark Swarm is not the name of the new game, this is a server name and some years old before Amnesia gets developed.
