I can't start game

At start there is an error.
"In the device there is no disk. Insert a disk into the device. Device/harddisk/DR4"

Аnd then BlackBox writes this:

Something is wroooooong!

How to me to fix it?

Seems you do not have a driver for the graphics card installed, check what manufacturer you have and then go to their website and download the latest driver. If you have an Intel integrated graphics chip then unfortunately that does not work as it is below requierments.
