i need to know a few things

1st: how to make a crank usable?
2nd: how to make the words pop out when i open the locked door?
3rd: when i walk through the drawer, the monster won't appear, but when i take a key, than walk through the drawer, how to make the enemy appear?

i need to know these 3 things please help me so i can make a better map
