Any1 of you is listening rock ? Classic rock not *** rock like linking park or 30 seconds to pluto?

Any music genre is "real" music. Just depends on how you take it...
And yes, I do listen to rock, classical rock and every other genre out there.

The closest to real music would be ancient African flutes or something I believe. Anyway, I listen to pretty much anything except metal(any kind) and country music(any kind). My favourite genre however would be singer/songwriter and indie rock.

30STM is amazing, and I'm not sure how changing the name of the planet is at all an effective invective name.

My favorite musician is Björk. I'm currently trying to decipher "Harm of Will."

I have limitless musical tastes (unless something is actually bad, like, say, anyone who isn't good). My other favorite bands and musicians include DeVotchKa, The Arcade Fire, La Roux, The Postal Service, Blue October, Lemon Demon, Landon Pigg, Imogen Heap, C418, La Roux, MAE, Thermostatic, Eurythmics, Mich Gerber, Weaver at the Loom, and Alexa Wilkinson.

I listen to mostly ambient/space/electronica music. Tend to find lyrics distracting unless they are very well written, like with Robin Trower.

I prefer atmospheric/ambient music myself, music that actually serves a purpose. Either to set a scene, mood or fit a particular scenario, or because it reminds me of something. As such a lot of my music comes from videogames (usually composed by Jesper Kyd, such as the Hitman and Assassin's Creed soundtracks) as well as a few animes (the Hellsing anime & OVAs in particular). The actual style of music wavers from this to this and anything in between such as this, this, this, this, this, this, etc. Y'know, proper music.

Lately I've been switching between a few tracks from the Devil May Cry 4 OST and a few pieces from the German oper(ett)a Der Freischütz, despite the juxtaposition between the two.

As for "classical rock", does this count?

Hey someone else who appreciates Jesper Kyd. Hitman Contracts (love) has one of my favorite soundtracks, and I was ecstatic when I heard him in AC (love).

Metro 2033 also has some good ambient tracks, like this, as does the STALKER soundtrack.

I listen to most genres except country, and I'm not too big on rap or techno. What I listen to most would be heavy metal and videogame and movie soundtracks. Interesting combo, huh?

Personally, doom metal and stoner rock. So basically downtempo and downtuned to hell.
