Can't download

I can finally download the game, but I am facing yet another problem.

When I attempt to download, I receive an error saying:

"Problem encountered with internet connection. (ARM1504, 12029)

Why, why, why!!??

I turned off my firewall, but still no luck.

From where are you trying to download?

If you have purchased a copy please contact the place you bought it from, I am afraid there is not much we can do on that.

Hope it you are able to solve it quickly.
