King of the Hill - Get killed by the brute in the morgue while on top of the pile of corpses.

I wanted to call that one 'Blood Orgy' but resisted the urge to mention it until your post <_<



For the reader's continued clarification - no-one is insisting an Achievement system be implemented, nor is this thread intended to be a debate on why it should or should not be implemented.

Achievement Unlocked!
"Grow a Funny Bone" - Toss a skull through the Study window into the forest.

"Brennenburg Idol" - Pick up the decapitated Grunt head and make it sing along to Portal's 'I'm Still Alive"

"No way, man. What if there's another prison level?" - refuse to progress beyond the Cistern and subsist there on fungus and trickling water.

"This is how you get Justine, right?" - stand in the steam vents for a minute.

Guest Room Achievement
When monster spawns to Guest Room, run past it and go back to Back Hall.

On my first playthrought, I actually did this.

I Didn't Need It Anyways - Loose the bucket to the monster in the well after the Cells chase scene
You're Going to Regret That In a Second - Jump down the well you came up from the sewers

Guest Room Achievement
When monster spawns to Guest Room, run past it and go back to Back Hall.

On my first playthrought, I actually did this.

Hehe, I sprinted across the room and jumped up on the "roof" of the bed on my second playthrough.

No Hope - Be hit by a chasing monster and stop running, because you have no hope of survival.

Put an odd looking gnome into the game and let the player carry it till the end.
