I've examined the chemists note, and I think there's a scrambled sentence at the end of it. Can someone help me unscramble it? I can't really make sense of it.

I was thinking of "Badly Administered Dopamine Frequently Clouds Everything" and that one seems the most correct but, when I try to add the mixture of B and A, it clouds up. :/

Okay, look at the FIRST letter of each word, they are letters A B C D E F, that is the order the letters are in with the numbers, yeah. I'm test it right now.

Chemical labeled D is 3 and 3 is Barium, so you need to mix Chem #3

then you can see that chem #5(Phosphorus) is labeled F so you need to mix that.

Mix F and D and you got ur bomb!
