Able to use the Suitor?

I don't know if this has been asked already, but is there any way to use the suitor from the Justine expansion? Now that i've played Justine, i really want to use it in my custom story, but i can't access it though the editor nor find it in my amnesia files.

Are we even allowed to use it?
