What does this all mean!
The whole stair message. The letters and new secret rar. the portal 2 gobo. The enhanced letters as passwords to rar files. can sumone just summarize all that and tell me in a nice easy paragraph or sumthing. heres the link to sum of the mysteries.

Well, you could try asking Jens or Thomas, but I don't think they'd reveal much to it. You know as much as I do(and as much as the page you linked does).
I don't think there's an easy answer to it.
Edit: What Pandemoneus said - unless you plan on making a custom story based on Frictional's ARG conspiracy theory extravaganza. That might be cool. :-P
