Why doesn't this note work? D: [SOLVED]

So, my lang-file looks like this:
<CATEGORY> Name="Journal">
<Entry Name="Note_Party_Name">Party all night!</Entry>
<Entry Name="Note_Party_Text">Dude, party on! WOOO!</Entry>
</CATEGORY>
And in the level editor I changed the name of the note in the entity tab "Note Text" to Party, can't see what is wrong ;o

The game rejected your note because it doesn't have enough substance.

It's supposed to be <CATEGORY Name="Journal">, not <CATEGORY> Name="Journal">.

Ok, so are you sure the extra.english file is correctly put inside youre folder? because it has to be in the correct directory to work. Thats the only reason i can think of. When i put up a dev enviroment i could never see my notes or anything from the extra.english file. But thats probably my own bad cause alot of people seem to have it all fixed...
