Waking up at the start?

Waking up at the start, what I mean by that is, you know in the main amnesia game you don't just start, you kind of daze and get up (I'm not on about the intro, just the way he gets up)?
Well, how would I implement that into my custom story? I would look at the main amnesia game's script but I don't know how, so if you could tell me that also, that would be grand!
