				Hi guys, how awesome wouldnt it be for us mod makers if the develepors released some new tilesets for us to work with?

				Although it would be good, I don't think they'd do much about HPL2 after this moment. They'd use their resources on HPL3 in any possible way.
 cgtextures.com has lots of textures that even I used many textures from there.

Could you explain how you make those into planes that can be used ingame??

				Make their resolution exponents of 2, like 512x512, 256x256, 1024x128 etc.Then open MaterialEditor, choose the texture as diffuse and save it with a preferable name. Voilà!

				You made a .mat file for your texture but game doesn't recognize it? You must have done something wrong in the process :/

Its like its there but it aint. Like I can walk on it and shit and its the right sounds and so on. But it isnt visible

That means the file you linked in the "Diffuse" box is either no longer there or was moved etc.
