Graphical problem in the game

I have a problem in the game (from the beginning) with the lighting...at least I think its a lighting problem.

Its not a drivers problem for sure...its happening only in this game.
My computer is :

Athlon 3800+(not DC)
Asrock 939dual-SATA2
ATI X1600PRO 512MB AGP (GeCube)
1GB memory.

I added a picture the shows the problem.

Someone knows what is the problem and\or how can I solve it ?

Ok i solved the problem.
It was the "Post effects" that made the problem.
I turned it off.

BTW-I didnt like the game XD
