App Store version constantly Crashes

Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months ago App Store version constantly Crashes

The new App store version is completely unstable on my machine, and causes me to hard reboot my machine when the game goes down mid-sesh. At this point, the game is unplayable. Please fix ASAP, I really want to play it.

Also, I have tried various settings, and now simply play it on the lowest possible. It seems to run longer with the minimum, but will still completely freeze my computer. I have now seen this very same complaint from several reviewers in the App Store, so apparently it's not just a corrupted download or my machine in particular.

For some reason I don't have a fictionalgames directory in my application support... Could it be located elsewhere, or perhaps this is this issue?

There should be a frictional games folder in application support. That is the only place amnesia stores it's settings and saved game progress.

Can you play the game until it crashes and then without starting the game again take the hpl.log and upload it. The hpl.log is re-created every time you play and the one you posted seems to be from when you have played and stopped playing without any crash.
