I think that too. Download the 32-bit drivers as Jens said. Maybe you made a mistake...

All right, I'll try the 32 bit drivers then.



The computer is requesting a driver only for 64 bit.

There is a driver at this web page http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw...51461#N337 Will this driver be okay? the graphics update is something different than idglh64.inf though. It's actually kit27443 . Is this driver okay?

You have HP DV6 which means you can play the game using the much better AMD dedicated graphics card.

I downloaded the driver but it isn't the version that was stated in the guide. There were only two, really outdated drivers. Here's my evidence.

mainly you need to update the bios and then force the AMD card as far as I remember, check the hp guide

Okay. the last time i tried updating my bios however, the computer crashed and needed to be taken back to an earlier point. Can you help me figure out how to update them properly?

If the bios update crashed, which apparently did not happen, your computer would be dead now and a new motherboard would be needed. HP has detailed instructions on how to update it properly.
