i can't see any of the backgrounds!!!
so when i chose my user name, i see the whole menu for that, but when i click off of that, only the white amnesia menu letters are visible and everything else in the background is black. this also happens when i actually play some of the levels, the sound is great but my whole screen is black. i have a new samsung laptop for windows 7 try to use small words not a big computer guy

Are you running windows or linux on your laptop?

Ahh ok.. I'm moving this thread to the main windows forum instead of the Linux forum.
I would check to make sure you have the latest video drivers installed. And provide some more details about your laptop. specifically what video card you have.
