Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months ago Exclamation  Graphics issue.

here are is a video of the glitch off youtube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0teFcQ4n6Ns

the problem: the ground seems to be rising as you walk closer to any object or in any direction. which makes it impossible to see anything on the ground that might be useful. as you walk up to a chair the ground next to it rises, from a distance its fine but as you start walking toward it,it glitches. also the shadowing is really messed up and makes it hard to see. please help me and everyone else

1, read the sticky guides.
2, post hpl.log and and a DXDIAG would also be nice.

This is an issue with your graphics card, it's either not up to date or it can not run the required verision of openGL.

1.

2a. The HPL log can be found in:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\Amnesia\Main
(I have windows xp, so if you have a different OS the folders might be name differently)

2b. DXDIAG is a diagnostics tool. To use it, simply click start > run, and type in "DXDIAG".

I rate it 3 memes.

Is it a desktop? If yes make sure you have Catalyst 10.2 installed which is the latest for these graphics cards

First make sure all the graphics options are the lowest possible (including the ones at the advanced menu). If that does not help then try that: http://www.hardwareheaven.com/mobility-r...011-a.html
