Probably not more since blood is usually a reason for a higher rating (not sure if that counts at all when it comes to "completely independent" indie games like Amnesia).

However, Amnesia does have blood when hit by monsters and on the floor. So, why not?

Then injecting yourself with rigor mortis blood which will kill you in real life on it own also if the thickened blood doesn't kill you he might have different bloodtype and maybe different anti-genes which will fuse your blood causing it to pile.

I'm sure if anything, AMFP will have just as much blood as TDD, if not more, since you know, a very large theme of it involves a slaughterhouse.
