Quote: "The game opens with him emerging from a terrible fever dream, with the terrifying sense that his children are in mortal danger."
We've already heard this before...and I always assumed that they meant Oswald's children, as in, he's their father. But with this new letter that cropped up, I believe it may actually refer to his child labourers instead. So I don't think he wants to do anything cruel to them - he probably feels more like he adopted them and actually feels responsible for the well-being of his little workers. It certainly paints a more interesting picture of his character!

Perhaps humans that are placed in this machine are horribly deformed and turned into pigs, assuming the factory is not just a glorified abbatoir. No shit sherlock
We all understand that humans will be involved since teaser 2

Quote: Ravi Sinha: If you could choose one major horror sequel to develop, what would it be, and what would you do with it?Dan Pinchbeck: STALKER. Every time. I’d love to get let loose on The Zone. I’d crank it back towards the SoC model, more emptiness, loneliness, dead spaces, dark corners, dread and anxiety. The descent into the X18 labs is still a high watermark in terror in gaming.

I don't know why but I love this. To me (despite the fact that one is a shooter) the universes are remarkably similar in genre in several different ways. Sure the presentation is vastly different, but the building blocks are so similar, I'd love to see Pinchbeck 'let loose' on the zone.

I can just think of how brutal and Gory this game will be and how the machine will look like and be like with the humans or Pigs being torn up and all the guts and blood and organs being grinded together.
I can't wait | |

What the heck are you talking about!? Someone had an idea that there might of been humans in the maching with pigs being mixed together and turned into a monster so thats where I got the idea for the comment somewhat. So maybe you should read things on the forum first before you say anything to someone.
