Hm, I tried it, but since I don't speak Russian I found the subtitles to be too annoying. The game is immersive as hell, because you have no HUD whatsoever, so having text appear on screen killed the atmosphere somewhat for me. The fake accents did too, but at least I kinda got used to them after a while ^^
