Summer holidays started for me last week, and being pretty devoid of a social life, I'm spending every day at home. The only time I go outside is for grocery shopping. Anyways, I'm averaging 12+ hours per day in front of a monitor screen and while my vision hasn't noticeably become worse, my eyes are becoming wracked with fatigue and they feel uncomfortably tight whenever I look at something far away.
There are these gamers glasses. Some pro gamers have them. They protect your eyes from some of the stuff that comes out your screen. (not sure what). Of course, you should go out more but they could help.
I was the same way for a while but I've started getting really fucking bad anxiety so then I go on 2 hour long walks so I don't get panic attacks and then I get MASSIVE FUCKING BLISTERS ON MY FEET THAT HUR LIKE ASS so I guess that problem worked itself out.
FYI: Your eyes need the light of sun. The brightness of the sun keeps the eyes from becoming sensitive to dimmer light. This is not to say that you should stare directly at the sun. Simply being outside is enough.
