I'd say only the 4th and 7th of that list are actually clichés, where the rest are just general errors or oversights on the part of the creator. Cliché doesn't necessarily mean bad or poorly made, it just means overdone and trite. A CS can employ done-to-death plot elements or events and still be expertly put together on a technical level, however predictably it might play out.
It's not a biggie, I'd just be careful not to turn this thread into another "let's complain about how bad custom stories are these days" fest
