Crash at elevator to the pig line

I verified the game cache, and the game has full write/read permission, but it still crashes every time I use the elevator right after you go through the streets of London. Please help
p.s. i run the game with steam

Check the troubleshooting guides and provide all the required info/files. Most probably you have an unsupported Intel HD card.

the hpl file is too large to attach, but do you have any solutions if it is the intel card?

Intel HD Graphics 4000

All you can do is try different Intel drivers or maybe the latest ones. However, in another case the latest drivers for Windows 8 were almost broken. Intel drivers suck, you have to fiddle with them unfortunately. That's why Intel graphics cards are not supported by Frictional Games.
