Whenever I come to the first door that loads the next area I open it, the loading screen opens and then it crashes saying that there was an access violation.
I have tried re-installing it, turning the graphics to low, turning SSAO off, turn off all post processes, ( those last two actually made it crash faster) running as administrator (or running steam as administrator) giving it full access, (although no custom accesses because I wouldn't know what to put,) and checking the file integrity on steam. Nothing has worked and the money I have spent on it and the plans I made with friends to play it have been wasted.
If my graphics card can't run it then how was the game able to save on the other side of the loading screen then make it through several loading screens and allow me to play up until the church basement loading screen?
Not every part of the game has the same graphical demands and bad intel drivers tend to show that. As the guide says all you can do is update your drivers using the have disk method, do a file integrity check and try again.
