If it goes to 16% at around 20 minutes then indeed it it progressing 2% per hour but not at 0 and 30 minutes as most people would expect.

Let's look at our data:

• At 01:07 AM Paddy edits his post and informs us that it is 14%.
  
• At 01:48 AM Paddy again informs us that it is 15%
  

See the pattern? Every 40 minutes (approximately of course) it goes up 1%. So I predict at around 2:28 AM it will go up to 16%. Let's see if I am right.

Note: The hours might be different because I don't know exactly how the GMT system at the forum works.

There is no pattern, from 3 to 4 it took almost a hour but from 4 to 5 - 20 minutes.

That would mean we reach 100% in about two and a half days.

The hidden sentence is "Cogito ergo sum".

I think this sentence is hinting at the "intellectually more demanding themes" this game is about, how Thomas once expressed it in the blog. There were hints at the idea of solipsism in the leaked concept art, which seems to fit nicely with "Cogito ergo sum".
