All you need is to be entitled, angry and have a money on pay-pal account, which you willing to pay for botnet. This is your "hackers" nowadays.

But still I don't believe that someone is attacking FG sites purposely (for example, because someone didn't like AAMFP). I know this is internet and everything is possible but it just sounds too stupid and mindless

I already explained it few pages back, I don't much else to add.

I think Frictional Games should ditch the progress bar thing and reveal their game before hype goes down

NextFrictionalGame loads the old page. The Progress URL returns 99 to prevent that from breaking. SOMA is incoming, though.

Those are just the corner images for the dust/effect. Easier to do than making a different background for EVERY resolution - Just make 4 images which align to the corners.

Well, SOMASystems used to just frame NextFrictionalGame. AKA it loaded up NextFrictionalGame on its site. Now it just has some simple text. NextFrictionalGame is back to the old way, except the progress.php always returns 99 now, so the page won't infinitely reload.

The main site is http://somasystems.org/ . http://nextfrictionalgame.com/ is just the original site, which is why it's the original page. The real site isn't at 99%.
