Just tested a 1080p version on my machine...really doesn`t look that good and makes the whole desktop busy. :/ Better wait until "real" wallpapers are out

Thomas said this in the comments of the blog when asked why they decided to tease the game so early.

Two things:
1) 3 years and no
talking about this. Feels good to have it out in the open and adds extra
inspiration / motivation to the development.

2) Chris Hecker
gave a great mini lecture at this years GDC where he basically argued
that "Nobody Knows About Your" game. And we are really in agreement
there and want to have has big and wide awareness campaign as possible.
That meant to start it early.

Custom stories would actually be nice, as there are always some good modders out there who can create interesting stories of their own.

My only disappointment is the abrupt end of the ARG. I was looking forward to another year or so of decoding and decrypting.
