Choose three languages that you believe will give you the most access to an understanding of global culture and history. This does not mean pick the most useful languages, but rather pick the languages that you believe are the most different and come from the most influential cultures in their region.

I heard on a news channel that China and Russia's influence could be huge in the future. Just got me thinking is all.
