You have to do something for it.

When it comes to languages only way to be fluent is to
live in the country which have the language as main language.
It's harder to learn real life situations just by sitting in front of a monitor.

True, but I believe that being social improves your understanding of studied languages when exposed to such an environment. While reading posts on a community forum may be beneficial, I would always recommend first-hand communication between individuals.

Having been raised in Australia, I would like to think I speak fluent English, but my grammar could use improvements. I'm always happy to proofread and help distinguish errors in spelling, grammar or mistranslation!
