Serious Request! In search of SERIOUS team members for unity horror project

The IF i ment is IF i will find a good team to work with.
It wont be ease to find a team.
And people who want to spend a lot of time in a game.
Like fg, jens , thomas.. they did it, if we have a good team, we will be able to get it to work.

They spent countless hours on writing their own stuff and Frictional games wasn't a whole crew since forever, you should remember that. Before forming any team, learn anything and have something your project - related to show people because nobody wants to join a random guy on internet who didn't provide anything except a question if someone wants to join.

About the payment. I don't see a point in prommising people to pay them only if you find a good team/if you ever complete the project, because if you won't complete the game, your work will be wasted, and that's very possible to happen, it might be caused my a lot of stuff.
