Like last year the new sparkler law. You cannot buy or hold them, unless if you're over 18.
It was even suggested that a law should come into force, which allows even more to ban at a time. Fortunately it didn't pass, for our everyone's sake.

I am in the middle of choosing either PS4 and GTX970 later, or Nvidia GTX970 and PS4 later. Which should I buy now? What could you possibly need more than 2 GB of VRAM for that urgently? I'm rocking the 1 GB just fine.
Normally I'd say the PC parts, but seeing as you already have a fairly good GPU, the PS4 might be more worth it for the time being. Depends what you really use your PC for the most.
