I have been waiting for this moment for the longest time. I pace down the ancient hallway towards a mossy stone archway. There ain't no stone door, because that shit is impossible to open, fam. In the middle of the room I step into lies a sarcophagus. I scrutinize it to only find a worn-down inscription. I wipe the dust off of it with my hand and recognize parts of the caption. "A.n.... 3", it says. "Could it be...?" I whisper to myself full of hope. I reach down and start to move the heavy stone lid to the side. Suddenly, something bursts out of the timeworn coffin, sending the lid flying into the musty air. An odd, mind-churning melody pours into my ears. "NO!" I scream disillusioned at a dark, funky-dancing figure that emerges out of the flying dust. "We're no strangers to love." starts to chant the corpse of Rick Astley, his eyes glowing with content, proud of another successful Roll.

Basically, openGl is still more than capable for even more demanding computations.
I guess Vulcan will be implemented at some point if there will be the need.

I use Blender a lot and developers are still progressing toward opengl 3 than Vulcan.
