RE: Unbirth - Envy the Dead

Looks good!

Did you borrow some models from Penumbra? Maybe you could borrow some textures from there aswell. Or perhaps use the textures from the Unbirth, but maybe those are the wrong resolution...

Keep up the good work!

I am doing all these things. Right now I'm trying to find a way to add completely new models to the mod. I need to find how to do that with blender otherwise I will be really hard to continue it.

With blender you won't be able to get models into amnesia. You must use maya at some point or you'll receive different kinds of errors. Trust me, you will loose loads of time to get one single model imported right with blender.

I'm lost here, maya is way to complicated. Blender is simple and they seem to do the same thing exactly. Tan, what extension are the models that you find? Then, you import them into blender and convert them into collada using the info on the wiki about extracting? What about textures though? Is the .mat file necessary?

this is all I can do until now(I used .mat file too - the tank is just a test):

I never said you won't be able to get them into amnesia. I take about 5 minutes now, after knowing how everything works to place them with maya. To do the same in blender I take 20 minutes

RE: tank in amnesia

I talked with someone and did everything he could and I thank him for that. Nothing was done though and that's ok. I'll start using more penumbra items then.
